All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking. Pixel Perfect Studios reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
To book a studio, you must complete the booking form available on our website or contact us directly via phone or email. Provide accurate details regarding your requirements, including the date, time, duration, and specific equipment needs.
Once we receive your booking request and payment, we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your booking. This confirmation serves as your booking agreement. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods as specified on our website. Full payment is due prior to the start of your rental period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and will be credited towards your total rental fee.
If you exceed your scheduled rental time, you may be subject to late fees. These fees will be calculated based on the hourly rate of the studio and the additional time used. Please ensure you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to Pixel Perfect Studios. Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your cancellation.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, subject to the discretion of Pixel Perfect Studios management. Documentation may be required.
The studio must be used in a responsible and lawful manner. You are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as you found it. Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property will be your responsibility, and you will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
The studio is to be used for photography and videography purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any other activities, including but not limited to parties, events, or commercial activities not directly related to photography or videography, are strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the studio:
Pixel Perfect Studios provides a range of equipment for use during your rental. You are responsible for the proper use and care of all equipment. Report any damage or malfunction immediately. Do not attempt to repair any equipment yourself.
You are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used according to the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines provided by Pixel Perfect Studios staff. Misuse or negligence resulting in damage to the equipment will be charged to your account.
You are welcome to bring your own equipment to the studio. However, Pixel Perfect Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal equipment while on our premises. We recommend that you carry adequate insurance coverage.
Pixel Perfect Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during your rental period, except where such loss, damage, injury, or death is caused by our negligence. You are responsible for the safety of yourself, your crew, and your clients.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Perfect Studios, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the studio, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect yourself against any potential liabilities. This may include liability insurance, equipment insurance, and personal injury insurance.
You retain all rights to the images and videos you create in our studio. Pixel Perfect Studios does not claim any ownership or rights to your work. However, we reserve the right to use images of the studio (without including identifiable individuals) for promotional purposes.
By using our studio, you grant Pixel Perfect Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images of the studio (excluding any identifiable individuals) for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, website display, social media posts, and advertising materials.
It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary model releases and permissions for any individuals appearing in your photos or videos. Pixel Perfect Studios is not responsible for any legal issues arising from your failure to obtain appropriate releases.
Pixel Perfect Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the studio after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pixel Perfect Studios is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
